The Fairfax Yacht Club does not provide any marine services. However, boat owners are allowed to bring in their own contractors to perform light maintenance work on their boats. The FYC does not charge for allowing this, but we do want proof of contractor liability insurance and of satisfying any licensing requirements. Several local marine contractors have already registered with the FYC and have provided such proof; and have been issued key cards, so that they can access boats at any time.
